At NuraGlow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We're committed to delivering high-quality products and service. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original condition (unworn/unused)
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Important: We only accept returns if the product is faulty or not working.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To exchange an item, start a return first. Once accepted, place a new order separately for the replacement.
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return it, no reason needed.
Requirements:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags and proof of purchase required
- Include a video if item is faulty
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
